How to get to Ardaneaskan

Ardaneaskan is easily accessible by road and rail, and the nearest international airport (Inverness) is around 70 miles away. The village is situated a few miles west of the main town of Lochcarron along a picturesque and well maintained single track road.

By Car: Ardaneaskan is a four hour easy drive from Edinburgh or Glasgow via A9, A832, A890, then A896 to Lochcarron where you will pick up sign for Ardaneaskan. Travel on the single track road for approximately 6 miles past Strome Castle (ruin), and the cottage is the second house you come to in the village.
